WW2.. The map of God plays in Italy during world war 2, and Shadow of the Wind in the Barcelona of the 1930's throughout the world war till begin fifties I think.. But SOTW is more about a book Daniel found in the cemetary of lost books, The Shadow of the Wind. He rolls from one event into the other. The map of God has some serious history in it over how Italy and the Pope handled the war, the presure of Germany since Italy and Germany were friends.

Both are wonderful.. But it depends if you like the subject haha. I'm a total fan of the Spanish civil war, and how that fits into the second world war. I'm trying to write my own story about WW2, but it's hard, and teh chapters are rather short, just because I need to stick to reality. I printed 3 pages with information about Mussolini and Franco, plus Spain's role in the war. It's rather interesting to read about it.. I wish we would get the Spanish Civil War at History, only because it conects well with the beginning of the second world war. Franco and Mussolini helped Hitler, and formed a front against France, Great Brittain, Russia, and later the USA

Dimitra wrote:Yeah, it was originaly a book.

Well, it's about a girl, who goes aout with her friends on a club, and it's raining when they're leaving, and she slips and fell and when she wakes up she finds herself in a hospital and it's 3 years later, she is married with a very handsome guy, is the boss at her work and very rich, and she is told she just had a crush and she can't remember the last 3 years of her life, meaning neither her husband nor her job or even how she got it. And just when she thinks she has everything she really wanted she realises she is only a huge bitch who is torturing people at work and her friends have left her, and her marrigae isn't so magical as she thought at the beginning and her husband not so perfect as he looked. It's amazing...and most of all, it has a happy ending Very Happy
